The process of renovating or building a new home can be overwhelming, no doubt.  From the very start we listen and focus on your needs and goals for your project.

• We work with you to define and prioritize the project’s scope, and then develop conceptual designs for you to review.
  
• If all looks good, we complete bid drawings (which includes floor plans and elevations with dimensions and details,) so you have something concrete as you interview contractors and get pricing.
  
• Once you decide to move forward with construction, we finalize the drawing set with details and construction specifics that are needed for a building permit.

Some of our clients require further services, like cabinetry design, product selection, or construction observation. We are happy to assist you in these areas too, just ask.
